1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99laju ("99laju", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99laju platform — including the website located at https://99laju.win, the 99laju Casino, the Sportsbook, the Slots lobby, any mobile interface, and all associated services — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

Failure to pass verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus balances.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 99laju platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified by 99laju will be closed immediately. Bonus balances and winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 99laju platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform, obtain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in game logic, or pricing errors in sports markets and failing to report them to 99laju immediately;
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform or other players;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform to launder money or finance any criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse a completed transaction through your payment provider (chargeback) other than where the original transaction was demonstrably unauthorised;
• Using a VPN or proxy server to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99laju staff members or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 99laju platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 99laju platform without the prior written consent of 99laju.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
